I’ve been talking about Monty and the great bunch at Ky-Ko Roofing Systems for years now, and they have a new website. Since no one can spell Ky-Ko (I couldn’t either until they did our roof), they’ve created a new web address: www.crazyaboutquality.com. Now that’s hard to forget! When you click over to their page, you’ll find out how that name came to be, and who Monty really is.

This is from www.espn.com:
Baseball fans remember 1908 as the year the Chicago Cubs last won the World Series. But it was also memorable for another reason: “Take Me Out to the Ballgame” was born.
To commemorate the 100-year anniversary of baseball’s most famous tune, “Baseball Tonight” had nine popular musical artists record a rendition of the song. Each version debuted on “Baseball Tonight” and then was posted below.
SportsNation cut the list from nine down to a top three. The top three vote-getters, were Gretchen Wilson, Ozomatli and Punch Brothers. On Sunday, the winner was revealead, with SportsNation selecting … Gretchen Wilson.

We love it when our KMLE clients drop by to feed us. This time we got something perfect for a hot Phoenix day.
(And isn’t July National Ice Cream Month?)
Stu and the Blue Bell Belle demonstrate two-fisted ice cream sampling.
Try yelling “Free food!” in your office sometime. Our KMLE staff holds the record for making pizza, ice cream, Christmas fudge, and Girl Scout cookies disappear in under 8 seconds.

We know how busy life is for everybody these days, and we really appreciate you sharing your time with us. We’re already planning next year’s event!
Have a safe and happy 4th of July weekend - I know we’re sticking around town this year, and I’m being strong, passing up a trip to California to the handbag outlet….there’s always next time, right?! ~Dena

Everytime we mention the visible passes of the International Space Station, we get lots of calls. It usually appears in the northwest sky and travels towards the southeast. With a telescope, or even strong binoculars, you should be able to make out some of the detail. It’s really spectacular, and fun, and you’ll want to show it to everyone you know. For the future, you can get a pretty good idea when this happens again by going to this site.

Eddie and Troy talked to us about their CD, “Back When I Knew It All”. We love the part where Eddie gets a little tongue-tied describing his youthful indiscretions. Enjoy!
